7dgam Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the 7dgam platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
1. Introduction and Applicability
7dgam (hereinafter "Platform" or "we") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 7dgam and each user registered on the Platform.
By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on 7dgam, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform.
1.1 Age Requirement
7dgam is for individuals aged 21 or older only. If you are under 21, you are not eligible to use this Platform. During account registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
1.2 One Person — One Account
Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, national ID number, mobile number, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
2. Account Registration and Verification
When registering on 7dgam, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 7dgam reserves the right to immediately close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials fully confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Account Suspension or Closure
7dgam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, particularly in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Bonus abuse
- Operating multiple accounts
- Suspicion of money laundering or financial crime
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on 7dgam is ৳100 (one hundred taka). You can deposit funds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Depositing through a third-party account or another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally sent to your designated method within 10 to 45 minutes. The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name.
3.3 Currency and Taxes
All transactions on 7dgam are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). It is entirely the user's own responsibility to meet any obligations related to taxes, duties, or other government levies. 7dgam does not provide any advice or assistance in this regard.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
An account may be considered inactive if there has been no login or financial transaction for 12 consecutive months. An administrative fee may be deducted from inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.
4. Bonus and Promotion Policy
7dgam's welcome bonus and other promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the specific terms of each offer carefully before accepting a bonus.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To be eligible to withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.
4.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
- The bonus will be converted to real money only after the specified wagering requirement is met
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed
- 7dgam reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers
4.3 VIP Program
7dgam's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold. 5. Game Rules and Betting Terms
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets on 7dgam are managed according to standard rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 7dgam reserves the right to correct any bet that has been miscalculated due to a technical error.
5.2 Sports Betting
Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test series), football (FIFA World Cup, club tournaments), kabaddi, and other popular sporting events. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. If evidence of match fixing or other irregular activity is found, related bets may be voided.
5.3 Live Casino and Slots
7dgam offers live casino, slot machines, fishing games, and many other types of games. Each game is operated using an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures fair results. The rules of the game provider will apply.
5.4 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to server disconnection, network issues, or any other reason, 7dgam may decide to refund the amount for that round or restart the game. This decision is final and binding.
6. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7dgam platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:
- Any form of fraud or deceptive activity
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for an advantage
- Unauthorized access to another user's account
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Creating an account using another person's identity
- Unfairly exploiting any technical advantage on the Platform
7. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is considered an integral part of these Terms.
7dgam does not sell your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared with trusted partners for the purposes of providing services, technical support, and fulfilling legal obligations.
7dgam uses SSL encryption technology to keep your financial information and personal data secure. However, data transmission over the internet is not entirely risk-free — you should be aware of this limitation.
8. Responsible Gaming and Setting Limits

The applicable law and jurisdiction for the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will be determined by 7dgam. By using the Platform, the user acknowledges and accepts the jurisdiction of that authority.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

7dgam will not be held liable for any of the following losses:
- Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection
- Errors in third-party software or devices
- Financial losses caused by the user's own actions
- Unexpected technical disruptions or server downtime
- Loss caused by the user's login credentials falling into another person's hands
10.2 Indemnification
The user will be obligated to compensate 7dgam for any losses it incurs due to the user's violation of these Terms or improper conduct. This includes legal costs and third-party claims.
10.3 Service Changes
7dgam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time. Any claims by a user arising from such changes will not be accepted against 7dgam.
11. Changes to Terms and Contact
7dgam may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after any changes means you have accepted the new Terms.
